A HARPER Building Designs are an innovative architectural design and documentation practice providing specialised architectural consultancy services to the residential sector of the building industry. With specific experience with urban infil and rejuvenation projects, our business is working with the vision planned by the SA Government in its 30 year plan to develop practical, affordable and safe communities for the ever increasing population. Whether that be the planning and development of surplus infill land within established communities, the development of property within close proximity to public transport corridors, or the replacement of out dated development, we have the experience to allow the project to be planned with efficiency in mind.

Our expertise also allows for the upgrading of older buildings to create modern accommodation environments for families to enjoy. Whether that be with additions of new bedrooms for the growing family, or the increase of the buildings floor area with a new upper level, our design experience works through all the necessary steps.

We are a one stop shop and can work with our clients through the process of conceptual designs, sketch designs, documentation for authority consents, documentation for construction purposes and collation and organisation to ‘put the documentation together’. We have on going professional working relationships with Local Councils, consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure that the process is efficient.
